Participant-Satisfaction Models
In this section we will examine models of effectiveness that, in various ways and at various levels, utilize individuals as the major frame of reference. The emphasis in these models is not satisfaction in terms of morale or some other psychological state of the individual. This is frequently a component of the goal model, seeing morale as just one of several goals. Rather, in these models the emphasis is on individual or group judgments about the quality of the organization.
