Responsible for claim adjudication for living claims and death and accidental claims and decide to pay claim within authority limit and make suggestion for cases over authority and to challenge suspicious claim and investigate for further details, as well as feedback to underwriter for reconsidering the cases
Supervise claim payment process and reinsurance (if required) to ensure correctness and timely service and follow-up on pending outstanding cases to close claims
Handle complaints and answer queries from agents, clients and involved parties regarding decision made and service problems

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology or other related field
Professional nursing/ medical knowledge
2 years’ experience in Claims or other related fields in insurance industry
Detail orientation, Problem solving and decision skills
Capable to communicate in both writing and speaking Thai and English.
Capability to negotiate and handle issues with external and internal parties
