I submitted my graduation request to the academic department, but was subsequently informed that I have not taken one subject as specified under the enrolment requirements.

In that regard, I would like to petition that I have indeed taken more subjects than normally required (210 out of 188). In addition, given the current circumstance that I have been undertaking an assignment at the 3 Southern provinces, it is unlikely that I could leave to pursue that subject.
