Below are a few updates. Please share this with everyone.
1) Please do not use the Sharepoint for now as it has not been rolled out to our region. Once it is available for our region, I will send another email to inform everyone.
2) For those that have completed the EN password reset and Outlook client configuration, please send an email to me using your newly configured EN mailbox to (jachua@exclusive-networks.com) with the subject: EN mailbox completed. Once I receive your email, I will update an audited spreadsheet which EN will check and they will disable the email forwarding from EN mailbox to Transition mailbox. This means that emails sent to your EN mailbox will stay in your EN mailbox and no email will be forwarded to your Transition mailbox.
3) Once I receive confirmation from EN that those accounts I updated have their forwarding removed, I will proceed to set email forwarding from Transition mailbox to your EN mailbox.
You will then only need to monitor your EN mailbox and use Transition mailbox as an email archive.
4) Everyone will need to complete their EN mailbox configuration by 31st Jan . If anyone has any difficulty meeting this dateline, please let me know.
