Please kindly 1st, check why ASP re-upload the same device which are completed repair previously?
The most critical is, ASP re-upload this device with received date changed, and SAME work order!
My recommendation is, you need to bring this to ASP and point it out, based what Aileen screen capture to you
These are the repair claim of the device receive date are not allow to be change.
Completed repair claim, should not re-upload again in different date or after to HTC.
