Kanom Keam-Koiy is the Thai version of the popular Vietnamese Banh Beo rice flour cakes. These jelly like cakes are made with rice flour, tapioca starch, water, salt and cooking oil. They are topped with savory ingredients including dried shrimp, fried shallots, and spring onions and served with a spicy and sour sauce(originally from Southern Part of Thailand - Nakornsritamraj Province)
