Of the 74 farms in Carlsen Field, 24 (32.4%) practised teat dipping
compared with 21 (27.3%) of the 77 farms in Waller Field. A majority
of farms that teat-dipped, post-milking only, 20 (83.3%) in Carlsen
Field and 19 (90.5%) in Waller Field. Seventeen (70.8%) of the 24
farms in Carlsen Field and 10 (47.6%) of the 21 of the farms that
teat dipped used sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and the difference
