In term of compensation when not continue probation, as per my understanding by law and general company practice;
I would like to have clear understanding on compensation as following;
Apart from this month salary ( June : working month)
· TG will pay 1 month notice (ค่าบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า) and 1 month severance compensation by labour law (ค่าชดเชยรายได้)
· When this severance payment will be made?
· Who will be my key contact to follow up all this concern?
