Challenge conventional approaches with your trainer, Mrs Marina Ivanoff, a Talent Management Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the HR field acquired in Europe, USA and Asia. Marina started her career at Griffith Laboratories Paris before being expatriated to Belgium where she continued developing her knowledge of operational HR. She then joined Coca-Cola where she had the opportunity to help implementing local talent management initiatives, such as internal assessment centres, talent reviews and individual mentoring programs.
