Just for my curiosity, I just wonder are we the only one who complaint about this arrival problem?
I thought they have also sell to other buyer at Singapore too isn’t. there must be some key point need to be amend and fine tune isn’t? keep research and find out where is goes wrong is the best solution isn’t instead of give up???
For Rock sugar get wet, very likely there are only 2 reasons:
1) Is the raw material fine sugar what we call it “还原糖 Reducing sugar”度数太高, too high is no good for making rock sugar, that is why in China, before they send any sugar for use to make rock sugar, the factory always check on this item “还原糖 Reducing sugar”度数不能太高 cannot be too high by lab before they use this lot of raw material.
2) Is the drying process not well dried and good enough which the timing is not long enough to dry the rocking sugar.
Please check with the factory about this factory.
