Our treatment for depression consists of sixteen sessions.
We focus on what is going on in one's life right now.
The therapy is focused on how to control depression in practical ways that can be used now and in the
future.
The sessions are divided into three modules.
1- How thoughts affect your mood. (4 sessions)
2- How your activities affect your mood. (4 sessions)
3- How contacts with other people affect your mood. (4 sessions)
