Sorry for a late reply. Life at the office is slightly crazy. I am surrounded by piles of files and paperwork at the moment! And am the last to leave. At the same time I am trying to organise the move!
£4.99 + £4.60 = £9.59 including postage to Thailand. I checked the online calculator and I will be loosing only a little bit on postage (due to fees on every transaction). So if you pay £9.59 I am happy to post to an address as per PayPal. Unfortunately I don't think I can put it as a gift (for purposes of insurance in case post office looses it). Also this is hit and miss in a lot of cases ... I made 2 orders from USA recently and 1 of them got charged on import and the other one didn't (same seller /similar order). Also I think importing into UK gifts above certain value end up attracting charges as well.
As regards to customs to Thailand. Nothing on my end (I hope). Hopefully nothing on your end:

I think the price falls in the 1st category. You might want to check on your end.
Hopefully this helps.
Your English is pretty good. At the moment I am trying to organise a bulk order to France ( I sell on https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/ILiNidesigns?ref=hdr_shop_menu ... eBay is just for fun - to be honest neither of my ventures make me any money) and we have issues understanding each other.
