FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither Lender nor borrower shall be considered in default on performance of its obligations under this contract to the extent that the performance of any such obligation is delayed for reasons of force majeure. Force Majeure shall include but not be limited to hostilities, restrictions by rules or people’s revolution, civil commotion, strike, Epidemic, Accident, fire, floods, Earthquakes, explosions or any different nature existing or failure which is beyond the control and without the fault of the parties hereto.
