For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding the prior written consent from the Disclosing Party, the Receiving Party shall and shall procure its Representatives to disclose to third parties or make public only that part of the Confidential Information which they are required to disclose or make public under the provisions of the applicable law. The Receiving Party shall also exercise all reasonable efforts to obtain a protective order against the disclosure of Confidential Information or against the obligation to disclose the Confidential Information at its own costs.
