To source new products
To source and identify new suppliers for cost effectiveness, good services, on-time delivery and quality assurance
To follow up with suppliers closely on product sourcing while working on various development to ensure all timeline is met
To do administrative such as preparing Purchase Requisition, Product Offer List, Quotation, Meeting minutes and etc.
To coordinate and extend product knowledge support among colleagues in Thailand and oversea when and where necessary
Able to travel overseas for work for short trips and attending Merchandising Trips & Trade Fairs
To Participate in stock taking in coordination with accounting for effective methods and procedure
To assist in any other duties as assigned by Manager and Group Director
Qualification
Good command in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking)
Able to effectively operate computer with MS Office, Internet and E-Mail communications.
Organized with systematic approach to work execution
Analytical and problems solving skills
Able to handle stress and multi task
Have good taste in sourcing & product selections from lifestyle to fashion
Minimum 1-2 years working experience, preferably in Retail Business
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Retail Management
