Please be informed that with effective from 15 Sep 2014 onwards, APL will change late gate return request process at both Lat Krabang and Laem Chabang as per below details.
In the past, you have to request for late gate return either via phone call or email to our CS team. Then CS will forward your request to operation team either at Lat Krabang or Laem Chabang. After that they again have to forward your request to the terminal in order to get an approval before reverting the outcome back to CS team whether the terminal will accept or decline the request. This will create back and forth email between four parties, Customers, CS, OPS and Terminal which is not an effective communication and might end up with late response to your request.
Therefore, in order to make your request simpler with more efficiency in term of time responsiveness as well as cutting unnecessary back and forth email, we will allow you to approach for your request either via phone call or email directly to our operation team within office hour only. Our operation team will directly provide you the feedback from the terminal as fast as possible.
