I have attached for you the 2013-2014 contract so that you can follow the exact details from there. Once updated, please send it back to me so that I can review it again and if all ok then you can post the original contracts to be signed off.
Regarding to the new quote. I was referring to my previous email that we are reducing the preventive maintenance from quarterly services to be bi-annual (twice a year) and the smaller system updates will be done by our own system team going forward which means we will need less services from 3D. Our BPX and hardware is also still relatively new so we don’t see any major maintenance requirements coming up. However, having seen the new quote I am a bit surprised that instead of keeping it at least the same or reducing it a little bit you have even increased it. Does it really make sense? I would appreciate it if you could look into this for me please.
