1) Process, distribute, and maintain controlled documentation using a document control system.
2) Assures all documents are complaint to ISO14001 requirements.
3) Process document for revision and approval.
4) Monitor the distribution and reconciliation of process or reference documents.
5) Proper document keeping and communicating with other departments regarding documents and files.
6) Maintain the Master Document List.
7) Train member on document control processes and procedures.
8) Record, monitor and report the resource depletion from general office activities as assigned.
9) Participates in continuous improvement efforts.
10) Supports and helps to implement new ideas.
