However, for the high flow conditions (4 and 6 LPM) and the
coconut milk inlet temperature of 70 C, the first phase of foulingan
induction period was observed approximately 25 and 50 min at
the beginning for the flows 4 and 6 LPM respectively. This behavior
has been reported for dairy fouling [11,29]. It would be beneficial at
this stage to concern that the coconut milk fouling process at these
conditions might be a similar type of fouling process of the dairy
fluids.
