In December 7, 2015, the Team TVI agreed to go to Thailand and see the operation and discuss the matters because by this time, there were too much disagreement of both companies dealings. Team TVI arrived in Thailand and seen that the True Hmong team particular the president of True Hmong LTD had mislead two very important things for the Team TVI.

1. There was no business proposal written and the Hemp expert doctor was not the person that was going to be the person that was going to write the proposal instead a personal friend of Methaphan. When I sat down with the new proposal writer named “ Dr. Dang”, he informed that he never wrote any business plan or proposal, he does not know anything about Hemp, he has no clue where to begin and needed my help to assist him of writing the business proposal and as well the information about Hemp. He also apologized advance because his wife just died so he was in a lot of trauma. I informed Chanvit that it was wrong to spend our money in this matter and we can’t explain this kind of business practice to the Team TVI, they will not accept this conduct. Chanvit was furious and very angry because I deny Dr. Dang. I insist that he cancel the Dr. Dang and refund our 300,000 baht immediately but he refused.
2. The Hemp that we agreed to purchase had changed, the Hmong Association of Hemp in from TAK had cancelled their agreement to process the Hemp as the sample and per agreement had cancelled without informing us. When we visited the processing center that was put together by Chanvit and his uncle, I quickly informed as a partner that it was not going to be acceptable and cease the operation immediately. I was willing to absorb any damage up until then instead of continue because the hemp was very poor quality and no one at the process center knew what they were doing. Chanvit again refused to cancel the operation and promised that he will fix it and can make it work. He also reminded me that we were to support the Hmong in TAK under any condition and we agreed to lose the investment if does not turn out in our favor. I disagree with him and informed him that samples were sent out to prospect buyers, we expect to receive descent quality of Hemp fibers and hurd. There were too much disagreement and I left Tak went back to Chiang Mai. Chanvit recommended that we ceased the operation until both companies resolve the situation and that each of the partner needed to pay 150,000 baht which I paid my share ( please see receipt).

When I got back to the U.S. in January 7, the Team from TVI decided that I needed to resign from True Hmong LTD because there were too much problems and because I’m a share holder in TVI, I needed to make a decision to belong only one company. I agreed and signed a resignation of True Hmong LTD, please see copy of letter.

Now Chanvit and True Hmong insist that I pay the money which I borrowed back in October of 2015, in the amount of $10,000 dollars.

1. I need a copy of the loan agreement
2. I need a refund of the 300,000 baht that they used it to pay for Dr. Dang to write the business plan proposal.
3. I need True Hmong to explain to me about the agreement to purchase the Hemp, the total fund sent to True Hmong was 450,000 baht.
4. Why is true Hmong contacted my friend whom held 100,000 baht of my money , (please see letters )
5. If the dissolution was from one company to the other company why are they violating my reputation by posting my names and pictures every where in FACE BOOK and LINE. Why do they harassed my friend and demanded her to send True Hmong my personal money. ??


I need clarification of the law in Thailand for this matter. I also need to resolve the situation of the loan agreement with True Hmong. I request that True Hmong to explain my funds that were spent not according to agreement and refund me or credit me for the funds they owed me.
