DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE
It is greaseless, non-staining and cannot damage the clothes. Whether used for self-application or applied by a masseur, COUNTERPAIN should be used in accordance with the directions printed below.
{Illustrated here}
1. Dip a towel into hot water and wring as dry as possible.
Place the heated towel over the area of pain and leave in place for two to three minutes.
2. Spread COUNTERPAIN generously over the area of pain.
3. Using the fingertips of both hands, gently but firmly massage the balm into the skin. Work the fingertips in a circular motion and move outwards from the centre of pain to the surrounding areas.
4. When the skin becomes tacky and slightly sticky commence massaging with the thumb-pads of both hands. Light pressure can be applied to move the skin in a rhythmic circular motion. Continue massage until the COUNTERPAIN has disappeared completely into the skin. After two to three minutes, the skin will take on a red glow and a tingling sensation will be experienced. This means that COUNTERPAIN is penetrating deep into the skin and that its active ingredients are doing their work. Relief from pain will follow quickly.
5. Immediately therapy is completed, keep the treated area dry and covered for at least 10 to 15 minutes in order to keep the warmth in. It is best to lie quietly during this time.
6. Apply COUNTERPAIN as often as necessaryY from one to three times a day. If pain is severe and persistent you are advised to consult your physician.
