If you received a message saying that your account was blocked because of a negative Platinum balance, this is usually because one or more of your purchases of Platinum were reversed by you, Steam or your bank/card company resulting in a negative balance of Platinum on your account.
If you feel that this is in error, please contact your bank/card company directly in order to sort out these payment issues. Once you have re-purchased the transactions to bring your account back up into the positives, your account will be eligible for re-activation.
You can check your platinum balance by visiting the Account Management page on the warframe.com site! Simply log into the Warframe site and visit the following site warframe.com/user (you can also click on your username in the top right corner and click on Account Management). This will show you exactly how much platinum your account is in the negatives!
