For the satisfaction with job scale, ‘‘Factor Analysis’’ method has been applied. In
accordance with the varimax rotation of the factor analysis studies on the scale consisting
of 32 questions, it has been found out that 7 factors (management style, development and
advancement opportunities, colleagues, being appreciated, working conditions, physical
environment, and wages and personnel) can be established. These 7 factors are explained
with 62.944 % of the total variance. Moreover, the management style factor explains a
share of 33.624 % of the total variance and this proves its being the most important factor.
Although wages factor affects job satisfaction, it is not among the main factors.
