one-way anal-ysis of variance (ANOVA) of Minitab system (Minitab 13.2 Statistical Package, Minitab Inc. State College, PA, USA, 2000). Dataobtained from force-feeding experiment were analyzed using SAS Statistical software (SAS, 2002) to separate the main effect of fungal fermentation, exogenous enzyme supplementation and interaction effect (fungal fermentation × enzyme supple-mentation). Differences between significant mean values were separated using Tukey’s Test. Statements of significance werebased on a probability of P < 0.05.
