1. When we booked the hotel room we were informed that all the rooms had a full kitchen. When we got in our room it had a micro fridge and microwave. When the problem was brought to the attention of the night front desk clerk she informed us we could pay at least $20 more a night for what we were promised. The next am the same problem, finally my husband had enough and so he went downstairs and they switched us rooms for the same price.
2. The room on the 2nd floor 217 or 216 the outside lights shine directly in the window. The entire night the room looked like the lights were on, it was very difficult to sleep. The "new" shades dont block out the light. When we brought that up we were informed that we could "put something over the window".
3. When we were finally sent to a better room, it was room 111, RIGHT BY THE EXIT DOOR! The door that SLAMS shut at all hours of the night. It is designed to SLAM.The room is designed with the head of the bed right by the SLAMMING door. We did not sleep well.
4. There was no book in the room with the hotel information in it such as :bar hours, pool hours, breakfast hours. We almost missed breakfast on Monday cause they closed at 9AM and we had no way of knowing.
