In dealer block meeting, had some dealers complaint about OA aggressive with the customers.
• Yanmar Nan (คุณโทวัน 086-9144609) complaint to Yamashita san
I would like to take action as following:
• Call to the dealer who complaint and explain to them about preparation when YCT face any complain (Tape record) and instruct OA to comply with YCT and new Debt policy act.
• Ask OA supervisor to monitor and random listen tape record (preventive).
Our goal is collect installment and minimize dealers complaint.
