Data presented above highlight the performance characteristics of the proposed method for the analysis of ergot alkaloids. A comprehensive report of the validation data of all matrices investigated in the course of the 3-year period of use of the method is not given in this paper. However, it is worth mentioning that data gathered demonstrated the suitability of the method for a wide range of food and feed matrices including rye, wheat, triticale, barley, and oats, bread, crispbread, biscuits, composite feed, corn and grass silages.
