#“I’m honored to be back in Olympia to represent our values,” Dansel said. “We have significant decisions ahead of us in the Legislature and I plan to make sure we fight for a smart, balanced budget while developing real solutions to the needs of our community.”
#The former Ferry County Commissioner served last year, completing the unexpired term of Sen. Bob Morton after his decision to retire mid-term. Dansel was re-elected by voters Nov. 4.
#Dansel was selected to serve as vice-chairman of both the Natural Resources and Parks, and Agriculture, Water and Rural Economic Development committees. He is expected to play a key role in improving wolf management and protecting local water and property rights.
#“Decisions that are made in Olympia can have a huge impact on our lives,” he said. “I will continue my work to bring a new, innovative approach to protecting our Constitutional rights and values.”
