We, THANACHAT SAIYAWONG (Thailand ID No.1-5099-00824-36-2) of 46/4, Village Number 6, Nong Pa Krang, Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai Province Thailand and MANANYA JUMNONGSAP (Thailand ID No.1-5099-00512-78-6) of 20/1 Alley 9 (Lamphun Road) Wat Ket Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Mai District Chiang Mai Province Thailand, the undersigned, being the natural parents of the above-named infant hereby state that we understand the nature and effect of the adoption order for which application is made in the proceedings and that in particular we understand that the effect of the order will be permanently to deprive us of our parental rights;
And we hereby consent to the making of an adoption order in favour of the Applicants TAN MENG SEN (NRIC No.S7006541Z) and MANEESA WANG MALEE (NRIC No.S6964887H)
And we further consent to the service of the Originating Summons, the Notice of Further Hearing of Originating Summons and all subsequent related documents to be filed in these proceedings on us be dispensed with.
