Assistance to Sales Managers by preparing periodical reports and presentations based on results and historical data. - Handles customer inquiry -- quotation and order confirmation - Follow-up of sales orders; reporting delay items, and reporting to the customers with valid reasons for delay. - Communicates with oversea clients about price negotiation and shipment planning. - Notifying the customers for arrangement of shipment of ready goods. - Performs inspection report for customer reference. - Visits supplier for business negotiation. - Tracks order status and handling lead time to deliver to warehouse. - Attend external seminar as assigned and report to manager to apply to be beneficial to organization. - Cooperate with all related departments to achieve team’s goals.
