Role and Responsibilities :-
Initiate, improve, develop effective internal communication channels to build up positive understanding, working condition, employee engagement
Support handling Labor Law related issues i.e. rule & regulation, disciplinary action , etc.
Act as the focal point regarding the employee activity to align / respond to the strategic corporate requirement
Execute Employee Relations activities according to the plan and within the budget.
Assist to Improve Workplace Engagement among employees by planning, initiating and conducting programs/ activities/ contest
Qualifications :-
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, IO Psychology or related field
At least 2 years experience focus on Employee Relation function
Good command in English communication
Has knowledge in labor law
Has service mind, negotiation skill and problem solving
Working day on Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday per month
