Peach (Prunus persica L. cv. Jiubao) fruits were harvested at
commercial maturity from Xiangshan in Beijing, China, and
transported to our laboratory immediately. Before the disinfection,
all fruits were sorted based on similar size and the absence
of physical injuries or infections, and then disinfested with 1%
sodium hypochlorite (v/v) for 2 min, then were randomly divided
into three groups.
