uties:
Assist sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and distribution of any sales documentation
Prepare and follow up sales quotations made for clients, negotiate terms with client at a cost best suited for them
Respond efficiently to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
Coordinate between other departments and client to provide the service most suitable to client’s needs, cost and time restraints
Submit reports on progress within department and outline any developed strategies to improve
Requirements:
College degree a plus relating to Sales or Marketing
Fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, customer service skills
Experience in this industry and preferable experience in telecommunications sales
Organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork
Proficient in MS Office applications
