As per the case notes I understood, you have observed packet loss on VLAN 106 which affect the cucm(voice) on UPLINK/DOWNLINK ports
Please provide the following problem details so I can assist you properly:
++Was there any recent config/software/hardware changes made on this switch?
++Detail problem description ?Only VLAN 106 traffic affecting or all VLAN traffic
++Any logs collected during issue time?
Please provide me the bellow logs in order to troubleshoot further.
++is it on single interface or multiple interface , please let me know interface number ,port-channel with Network diagram.
Show interface ------------------- > 4-5 times for the interface where the output drop in observed.
Please let me know your availability or take wireshark packet capture on that interface
