•Corporate Communication GM Southeast Asia and GM and Chevrolet Thailand Corporate Media Relations responsibilities. Deal with high level key media / officials / internals on sensitive issues. Define strategy to promote the GM story and Corporate positions in positive manner for the benefit of the company
•Crisis management corporate communication responsibilities for all potential issues related to business crisis, plant problems, HR topics.
•Manage and produce Corporate publications (data book, speech, eMedia,โ€ฆ).
•Responsible for digital assets (MOL, social network).
•Responsible for analysis and Act as GM/Chevrolet spokesperson with the media and leverage strong network to optimize the presence of Corporate messages in the media.
•Develop on regular basis all management materials for GM Execs
•Extend scope and consistency of Corporate publications to tell GM Southeast Asia Operations story
•Demonstrate high political skills in dealing with business media, officials from the different lobbying groups, associations, etc) in high respect of Winning with integrity practices and recommendations
•Develop GM Southeast Asia Crisis Management Plan / Training
•Manage 1-person PR team and 1 agency Social Media team
•Coordinate digital assets production and update on all channels (MOL, FB, social network)
•Coordinate News calendar and news preparation within all channels (external and internal) and ensure a perfect respect of the timing and deadlines
•Support SEA Director, PR on misc. activities and projects
Qualifications:
•University graduate in Communication
•Experience in Public Relations in multinational companies
•Excellent network and contact with business media and Thailand-based international news agencies
•Global/ Regional Corporate communications
•High level of independent judgment
•Excellent computer skills in using personal software
•Excellent English and Thai oral and written communication skills
•High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
•Ability to build a strong Corporate strategy, provide functional coaching to his team, guarantee team work relations with agencies
