The objective of this research is to analyze the factors that are involved with road traffic accidents in
Thailand, and also to look at accident probability by applying the Data Mining technique in
Association Rules. This study begins with collecting data from people involved in 2,034 road traffic
accident cases in 10 risk provinces in 2002. After that we checked the data perfection by using the
eCleaningf method. We found that only 99 from 131 factors were carrying the Association Rules.
The researcher has made the new program to help with statistic data analysis and to present the
results of the factors involved with road traffic accidents. This program developed and advanced
through the PHP programming language which is a web application. PHP can be used to add
general data rapidly and can be applied to an internet connection. The results show that the
eAssociation Rulesf technique can be used for searching the involved factors in road traffic
accidents as well as the level of accident violence. The factor that is most related to road traffic
accidents is etime,f while the factor that is most related to accident violence level is egender.f The
developed program in this study is able to present the analysis by table, graph, and tree diagrams.
The branches of a tree diagram are like each of the factors that relate to road traffic accidents and
accident probability.
