um phra dam nam is the holy ceremony of phetchabun. phetchabun people pay respect to "The phra buddha maha dhamaracha" because it is an ancient and most respected buddha image for phetchabun. It is a fully decorated image of the Lob Buri period and was found in the pasak diver by local fisheman, and then was taken to be placed in wat trai phum. It is a legend of phetchabun that it had disappeared twice from the temple and was later found in the river at the same place where it was first found.
