The Orbitz Worldwide Accounts Payable Team is streamlining its’ email process in-order to serve you more efficiently. Effective immediately, there will be two email links available for you to communicate with us:
The first link, owwpayments@orbitz.com should be used to send any status inquiries, requests for information, banking details, name, address and email changes. Your email will be automatically directed to the appropriate Accounts Payable Associate for resolution, and all replies will be sent to you from owwpayments@orbitz.com.
The second link, orbitzforhotels@orbitz.com should be used ONLY when sending new, i.e. current, invoices for payment processing. Current invoices may also be faxed to 866-728-9101.
To ensure your email is received and correctly delegated, please begin using the new email links immediately. Beginning January 1, 2015, emails not received by Orbitz Worldwide at the above email addresses will not be delegated for resolution.
