The hotel industry in Tokyo and regional cities is currently enjoying favorable market conditions overall with sound occupancy rate and sales per room as a result of growing demand for accommodation. We believe that it is particularly at times such as this that it is important to provide our customers with service that exceeds their expectations. Last year, we opened a training center at the Yokohama Isezakicho Washington Hotel to provide early training of staff and further enhance service skills. In the WHG business, we are progressing with the establishment of concierge desks at our Hotel Gracery hotels as well as setting the goal of achieving an improvement in the evaluation of our breakfasts. In this way, we are investing in both facilities and services based on a long-term perspective, and are making efforts to enhance quality.
