(b) Prior to tendering of the 30 day statutory notice to transfer the house pursuant to the House Purchase Agreement signed on even date and registration of this Land Lease Agreement at the Land Office, the “Lessor” will redeem in full the mortgage on the land and will maintain the Leased land with no liabilities or encumbrances attached to the land or house. The “Lessor” and “Lessee” shall be jointly responsible for payment of all land offices fees and taxes arising from such transfer of land.
