ow do I use a credit or debit card to deposit to my NETELLER Account?
The deposits with credit or debit card are available to most members worldwide. Acceptable cards vary depending on your country if residence. To view the cards, please click on the "Money In" section within your NETELLER Account.
Here’s how to use your Visa or MasterCard to make a quick deposit into your NETELLER Account:
Sign in to your NETELLER Account and select the “Money In” option.
Select the correct card logo for the card you will use.
Enter the information required and amount you want to deposit. Please note: if you are unable to locate your card logo, it means we currently do not accept that type of card in your area. Learn more about which card types are available in certain countries.
Confirm the transaction by clicking “Continue”. It may take several seconds for the transaction to process. Once processed, the funds will become available in your NETELLER Account right away.
How long does a credit or debit card deposit take?
This is a direct deposit option. Funds deposited will be available right away in your NETELLER Account.
How many credit/debit cards can I use to deposit and are my card details stored in my NETELLER Account?
You are able to store up to five different credit or debit cards into your NETELLER Account.
To add a credit or debit card to the stored card list, you will need to make a successful deposit with that particular card.
Once the transaction has been successfully completed, you will get a quick notification informing you that the credit/debit card, that was used to perform the transaction, has now been stored and it has been set as a preferred deposit option. You will be able to store up to 5 (five) debit/credit cards within the preferred list. Your stored cards can be found under the Money In section in your NETELLER Account.
If you ever want to remove one of the credit/debit cards for any reason (the card has been lost or stolen) please contact us. Expired cards will be removed automatically.
Please note that you can use credit or debit cards issued by 5 different banks. After you have deposited with credit/debit cards issued by 5 different banks you are not going to be able to use a credit/debit card issued by another bank for the next 365 days.
What are the fees?
Depending on the credit/debit card type, the fee can range anywhere from free to 4.95%. Please refer to the Money-In section of your NETELLER Account to view the current fees.
What is my credit/debit card deposit limit?
The credit/debit card deposit limits depend on:
• account status (unverified/verified/ regular/ VIP member),
• country of residence
• whether the credit/debit card is validated or not. *
*Credit/debit card validation is a security step that NETELLER has initiated to help protect your NETELLER Account and credit/debit card information. Once you successfully deposit funds with your credit/debit card you will receive a 4-digit validation code. The validation code will appear on your credit card statement along with the transaction details of your deposit to NETELLER. When looking for the validation code, you will need to search for 1234-NETELLER@. The number before NETELLER will be the validation code to use.
Please note that some banks may require a few business days to process and post the validation code onto your ban/credit account. There is a possibility that the validation code consists of only 3-digits. In this case please try to enter a 0 before or after the 3 digits to validate your card.

Unvalidated credit/debit cards are subject to smaller limits. When using a credit/debit card for the first time the smaller limits apply to all type of members: unverified, verified, regular and VIP members. After the credit/debit card is validated the limits are increased according to the account status.
Unverified members
Unverified members may deposit using maximum of 3 credit/debit cards. Depending on your country of residence different deposit limits apply. Residents of:
