Thank you for the information we are in the process of hiring an accountant in Thailand for audit purposes. I would like to clarify with you concerning the regulations of Thailand. Are we required by law to have the books reside and completed in Thailand. We do not have revenue transactions yet and would prefer to keep the books in our home office in Houston, TX, USA. I would like to clarify this regulation as our lawyers at Baker Mackenzie have not said anything to us concerning this regulation.
At this time we do not have any business in Thailand and are not sure when the business will start to come into that office. We only have our bank account, bank fees, rent, and our service invoice, this is how our company in Thailand bills the US company to send money to pay the needed expenses.
