Aim of our research is to analyse the coherences of experienced teacher’s stress (in all areas –
cognitive, emotional, physical and social), strategies of dealing with stress load (Proactive coping,
Reflective coping, Strategic planning, Preventive coping, Instrumental support seeking, Emotional
support seeking, Avoidance coping) and self-efficacy. We assume a significant positive relation between
proactive coping and self-efficacy of teachers.
