Auction will take place as live (face to face) auction at Bosch in Bangkok
Commitment
The winner will be awarded for the project without any further price negotiation
The winner accepts to send the offer price details according excel pricing table within the next day after final awarding.

Rules of Dutch Auction
Starting from a predefined price,prices will be increased by fixed increments within predetermined time intervals.
At a given price step, each participant receives a respective counter-offer,wich he can either confirm or reject.
If all suppliers reject a respective counter-offer,the price will be increased.
The awarding ends as soon as the first suppliers confirms a given price step or the reservation price is reached.
The confirming supplier will be immediately awarded for the business.
Tie round In case more than one supplier confirms the same price step, the following tie rule applies
Suppliers have to submit a final sealed bid
Lowest offer wins the award
Reaching of the reservation price In the auction there will be a sealed reservation price. If the reservation price is reached,
the auction will end. In this case the supplier with the lowest bundled offer from RfQ Phase will be awarded for the business.
