Single-detached houses from Pruksa
Pruksa Real Estate Plc introduces its latest single-detached housing project - Passorn Prestige Luxe Pattanakarn - with prices starting at Bt4 million per unit.
The houses are designed under Art Nouveau concept, combining simplicity of function and inspiration from English Cottage Garden. The project has a total of 178 units over 32 rai. They are using space between 121 square metres and 167 square metres per unit.
The project is already open for booking.
Prinsiri's condo project
Prinsiri Plc introduces its latest condominium project, Zelle Salaya 3, with prices starting at Bt1.59 million per unit.
The seven-storeyed condominium building will have only 79 units. They include one-bedroom and two-bedrooms types, with 30 square metres and 40 square metres per unit respectively.
The project opens for presale this weekend.
New project from SC Asset
SC Asset Corporation Plc is launching the new phase of Bangkok Boulevard Rama 9-Srinakarin in modern style, with prices starting at Bt8.99 million per unit.
The new phase has 161 units. They are designed to use space between 214 square metres and 287 square metres per unit. The first floor of single detached-house designs will have double living room to serve customers' demand for more space in the living area.
The project will open for booking on March 19-20.
Noble condo project
Noble Development Plc introduces its latest Bt5.9-billion condominium project, Noble BE19, on Sukhumvit-Asoke, with prices starting at Bt6.2 million per unit.
The project has two towers - a 48-storeyed one and a 27-storeyed one. They will have a combined 586 units, with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse with space between 33 square metres and 146 square metres per unit.
The project will open for booking on March 20 at the Okura Prestige Bangkok for buyers who register to get the right to book between March 4-17 at its sales office.
