batter was divided in six portions: portion 1 was added of a suspension
of free Lb. curvatus MBSa2 (MBSa2 F); portion 2 was added
of a suspension of entrapped Lb. curvatus MBSa2 (MBSa2 E); portion
3 was added of L. monocytogenes AL602/08 (LM); portion 4 was
added of a suspension of free Lb. curvatus MBSa2 and
L. monocytogenes AL602/08 (MBSa2 F þ LM); portion 5 was added
of a suspension of entrapped Lb. curvatus MBSa2 and
L. monocytogenes AL602/08 (MBSa2 E þ LM) and portion 6was used
