The rest are grouped into nonTIR-NBS-LRR (nonTNL) class, with most members owning a coiled-coil domain (CC). For this reason, nonTNL class are often regarded as CC-NBS-LRR (or CNL) class, although in a strict way, CNL only represents a part of nonTNL class in angiosperms.
