Appointment and Powers of db-direct internet Customer Self-Administrator
The Customer Administrator acting for itself and all other entities that have appointed it as Customer Administrator in the relevant Services Selection Form, hereby appoints, and instructs Deutsche Bank to register, the individuals listed below as db-direct internet Customer Self-Administrators ("Customer Self-Administrators") in respect of the db-direct internet Service.
Each Customer Self-Administrator is empowered to administer the access to Accounts, the use of the db-direct internet Service and to give instructions in relation to such Accounts via the db-direct internet Service in accordance with the service documentation. In relation to trade services, each Customer Self-Administrator may give instructions related to master account numbers. Each Customer Self-Administrator is entitled to sub-delegate its powers to use the db-direct internet Service and to give instructions via db-direct internet to any further individuals by appointing them as Authorised Persons in the db-direct internet Service.
Amendments
The Customer Administrator may amend the list of Customer Self-Administrators by notifying the Bank. The Bank is entitled to act and rely upon the list of Customer Self-Administrators until it has received and accepted any amendment thereto.
