One secret to making fruit-infused water is to start with clean, great-tasting water, which my tap water is not. I live in Southern California, where the tap water tastes absolutely horrible. I stock up on bottled water weekly so that we have enough water in the house, but I always thought that there had to be a better way. I’ve tried traditional water filters in the past, but after constantly finding little black specks in my water and having the top fall off of the pitcher at the dinner table when pouring, I was done!
