Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in the field of general airline Ground Ops
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience at a managerial or supervisor level in an airport operations business unit
• Profound and in-depth knowledge of DCS & AxRes systems
• Profound and in-depth knowledge of working procedures at the airport
• IT literate (MS Office)
• In-depth knowledge of the C/I and Ticketing rules with profound knowledge of the Star rules particularly in Irregularity handling
• Fluent in English/French/Dutch
• Good communicator
• Strong leadership skills
• Assertive and stress resilient
• Able to meet deadlines
• Able to interact with different departments/internal and external customers at different levels
• Problem solver
